The ground is excellent, would it be possible for you to post a copy without the nPower logos? As to use them I would need permission from nPower, which may take many months to get.

Hi Oli,

Here is the link for the file.

http://rapidshare.com/files/409439170/s ... _fence.png

Just to let you know this file can be downloaded only 10 times from Rapidshare.

Also It would be nice for us to change the shape of the fence from circular to lets say rectangular or a little bit of squarish. Gives a kind of Lord's feeling.

Let me ask you... In your new version of CC2011 do you include the option to change the cricket ground from match to match? or it is the same ground every time? I think it is a nice idea to consider changing the ground from match to match as this would give us chance to have fences in different shapes.

Good luck

Sankara

perhaps related, could we have more then one pitch in action at a time, perhaps one for FC and one for Limited Overs. visually it would move up down the square, and as for how it plays, one could select how much each pitch turns, bounces, grass ect (as per CC09) but this time can utilise it for more then one pitch. IE Pitch one spins and low bounce. Limited over game pitch is more batter friendly. Linked to this could be how far we have the boundaries out/in. A limit, of course, of what ever the offical reading is, and a max of the ground size, which will be dependent on the size of the stadia.

Would add a tactical element in looking at the oppo, and picking the boundary size, perhaps, to negate the roles of their spinners, for example.

Hi Oli,

I have tried my best to come up with a new design for the cricket ground used for limited overs matches. I also included practice pitches along the boundary. Please follow the link below to download it.

just to get a feel of how the stadium looks have a look at the attached figure below.

Good luck,

Hi Matt,

I think it is a very good idea. Perhaps Oli can implement it.

Just to let you guys know the pre-ordering system is likely to go live on the 17th August. It will be limited to a set number of people, as I want to then contact those who have pre-ordered and give them a beta copy to look at and suggest any tweaks that are needed.

Many thanks to all those who have said they will pre-order, knowing that people are interested in the game gives me even more motivation to ensure that it's as good as possible.
